Urinetown – Costume Creation & Character Styling
For this gritty, comedic production, I designed and constructed the police uniforms for the featured officers, giving them a bold, authoritative look that fit the world of the show. I also helped source outfits for the entire cast and altered each piece to match character personalities and story needs. One of my favorite tasks was transforming the townsfolk’s costumes—adding patches, rips, stains, and layers of texture to create their worn, desperate look. My teammates lovingly crowned me the “Grimeifier” for my dedication to perfecting every smudge of dirt.
